The room was beautiful

Close to the great Smokey mountain performance center .

The smell inside the hall ways and you have to keep swiping the card to get inside and the room ,

I am a NOBO thru hiker and needed to get off trail and rest an injury. I arrived almost 4 hours early and Annette didn't charge the early arrival fee and offered to bring my 35 lb bag to my room, thank you but I got it. Very friendly. Thank you

this was my 4th stay in 2 months here. there wasa 30% orice increase during this stay due to "Room demand and/or Events in the area. I counted no more than 7 to 10 vehicles in tha parking lot at any time and the only event listed in Franklin's Event calendar was on May 9th: Tugalo Holler - Bluegrass and Gospel

These must be paid reviews? Because this hotel is trash. Think of the front desk as the slumlord. “Poor plumbing” so you better hope your shower drains and your toilet flushes. The “poor plumbing” is actually POOR HOUSEKEEPING. They do NOT actually clean anything, except for vacuuming and making up the bed. If the bathrooms were getting cleaned PROPERLY and REGULARLY they wouldn’t have any “plumbing problems”!!! The showers have NO VENTILATION AND BLACK MOLD!!!!! Many rooms don’t have a television remote and if you ask front desk for one they will tell you you’re just out of luck for your entire stay!!! Single bed rooms do not have a fridge nor a microwave, so communal space it is long as you’re okay with sharing and possibly having items stolen!! Beware!!! It’s a scam!!! False advertising!!!!

I loved the mini Lemon poppy muffins And the staff was great!

The WiFi needs some improvements, it was hard to stay connected and very slow
