Location

When I arrived, they told me that one room had gotten canceled and that I had to call booking for more information I had to pay for another room.

"Great and relaxing!"

Location

Noise level in mornings. Doors of other guests slamming. It woke me before the intended time. It would be great to have a buffer on them.

"Felt like a low tier facility, will not return."

Location was convenient. The pillows were comfortable. Was not in the main road, so no traffic noise.

Breakfast was out of eggs and no sugar free syrup option for diabetic husband. Traveling work crews were staying at the hotel and were congregating by the entrance. The room smelled stale and the furnishings were worn. Had to slam the door for the lock to latch.

"It was a good place to stay . We would stay there again ."

Close to the Smoky Mountain center for the arts ,venue . We were there to see Brothers Of The Heart concert .

No Refrigerator in the room . We heard our Neighbor TV play all night until about 7:00 am the next morning .

It was a good location and available

The microwave refrigerator in the room on side of the room was bored by a hallway the other by a staircase and entry foyer so I can hear everything going up and down back and forth the entire time I was there made it very hard to relax
