Staff was pleasant and location was good

The hotel is in need of repairs. Our room didn’t have water in the bathroom sink. I found that the water was cut off under the sink and turned it back on. The next morning I realized why it was turned off….water everywhere. Shower head was very low…my husband is 6’4” and the water hit at his upper abdomen.

Reasonable price. Great location

Small room. No elevator. Shower rod coming out of wall. No grab bars in shower. Limited breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They offer a decent assortment for breakfast

Nettie at the front desk Ck in is very sweet and friendly!!! That’s the 3 time in 3 years she’s been greeting us for Thanksgiving!! Sweetest lady ever

Only complaint—- it was so cold outside

The facility was tattered and worn -very poor house keeping practices-I felt the housekeeping staff was not properly trained to notice corrections that need attention examples-shower rid ready to fall off the wall-hair dryer ready to fall off the wall-miss matched touch up paint on walls-sinks that don’t drain properly-hall carpets completely warn thru-found a pair of reading glasses between the bedspread and sheets-this facility is poorly managed.

Nothing.

No elevator, expected a 73 and 75 year old to haul luggage up stairs. Finally got a room on first floor and tv works not work…would not move us a second time. They did not move us once! People were rude and we ended up going to another hotel even though because we booked through you, we lost a night’s expense.

Private free parking

Television had no volume and had to get manager to reprogram it twice. The sink faucet in bathroom leaked continuously onto the countertop, I had to wrap a hand towel around it to keep items on countertop from getting wet. Shower had very little water pressure and finally, the room was so small that the owner couldn’t even get one chair in, the only place to sit was on the bed.
