Don’t stay here unless you like the sound of heavy traffic day and night. Even the tv could not drown it out.
The property was conveniently located to the University. Staff was polite. There was an awful smell in the room while the ac unit was running. We looked and saw mold inside the unit. Holes were in the towels. Thete were stains on the window seat cushion. The mark up of the room rate was astronomical for football season. IIt was only worth th,e normal, off season rate of $62, a place to rest for a night. However, we had to pay over $450 per night. I did not received a quality stay at Microtel.
Latoya was helpful with editing my reservation and housekeeping were nice and went out of their way for me.

Pretty basic place. Breakfast was subpar, main area not clean, and rooms run down.
Clean inside. But No idea it was super small. No elevator. We had heavy bags. Only Full beds. Just a place to sleep and go
