I was harassed about my service dog. The extra security lock on my door was falling off, the toiletries were partially used and mismatched. There was not a blanket, just two sheets. Rude staff.

The staff was friendly. I liked the quaintness of the room...I loved the little cushion on the shelf by the window!

When I went to take a shower, I pulled the shower curtain shut and there was a used washcloth up on the shower curtain rod.
