The hotel is a family oriented place to stay. I come monthly and the staff make me welcome every time. No issues with the room that I get. The rooms are always clean. I would recommend this hotel for a stay.
The staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was exceptionally clean and loved how eco conscious they are.
USChecked in on 10/14 after a 6 hr ride. Wonderful woman at front desk came to greet me. The motel is spotless and comfortable. Halls and common areas were very clean. Room was clean. I faced highway but that didn't bother me. I didn't hear a thing. My only complaint was the coffee which I had read prior. Was not impressed with powered creamer. McDonalds is right down the road. That wasn't great either. I was there for a dog rescue but intend to go back for a vacation to visit family and friends. Was told by woman at front desk to call the hotel direct for a better price. I will next time. If you smoke there are many places to go out to. Met some nice people as well. I highly recommend this hotel. Pet friendly and was able to enjoy them as I left 2 behind. Gorgeous area and great host!
A hotel for carnival workers... people living four to a room and cooking out on the back steps. The smell when I walked in the room was from either bug spray or harsh cleaning products, very overpowering. Had to open a window to air out the room and the screen did not fit well. Extremely overpriced for the hotel level and amenities. Continental breakfast supposed to start at 6:30, did not start until 7:30 and then meager offerings.At least the yogurt was not expired. No one wore a mask except me. Learned my lesson; NEVER STAY IN A HOTEL THAT IS THE ONLY ONE IN TOWN!
I booked this room for a guest who was visiting our church. They were very pleased.
I got charged an extra $250, so I called to try to resolve it and the man told my husband and I that the room smelled like smoke. But NEITHER OF US SMOKE. The man was incredibly rude, asking if my husband is stupid and didn’t understand. No… we don’t understand because no one smoked in that room when we stayed there. Apparently they can charge this whether you smoke or not. So I just paid over $400 for 1 night in a crappy motel. Very aggravating
