Leptos Panorama Hotel

Huge pool area. Great views of the beach and bays since on ocean. Fantastic food if you do all inclusive. Great front desk people.

Stayed here 3 times over the year now Hotel is well located food and shops close by. For the rate of pay you get a good nite sleep. It's not home but it dose the job for the money . Staff was friendly and polite What more can you ask for would recommend

Panorama hotel is very similar to a 4 star from Cuba. It's not a style unique to Greece. First the good: the food was quite good, always hot and a nice variety of Greek food and North American food. The pool is large and there's a good number of loungers. The view from balcony is also nice. It's about 12E taxi or a bus to Chania town. Now the bad: the front desk never seemed happy to help. They would answer questions but it was always the bare minimum. They charge 3E per night for the room safe (even in all inclusive package. Like what?) The seafood restaurant is only open 2 nights a week. There really is no beach. There are a few chairs on this rocky stretch that has a bar (but those drinks aren't included in all inclusive either) so no one ever goes over there. All in all they need to learn what an all-inclusive package is supposed to look like, since expectations are everything.

Very high standard of food and friendly restaurant and bar staff. Lots of space in and around the hotel with incredible. views. Very easy to get to Chania from bus stop right at hotel gate and then could travel to lots of other destinations. The small beach area was quite rocky but if you wished there were bigger more sandy beaches around ten minutes away.Lovely hoilday and we will definitely be returning

Very nice hotel , however dated, close to town and many amenities. Bus 21 stops in front of hotel and leads to the heart of Chania ( 1.70 euro each way). Very nice bridge to cross busy road leads to private beach/bar/sitting area. All inclusive is hit or miss depending on taste while variety of food types was provided. Pleasant staff for the most part, nice open hotel feel and very clean rooms.

We spent a perfect ten nights at the Panorama Hotel. On the days we were at the hotel we relaxed around the quiet pool, had a lovely free massage and ate far too much in the restaurant with an amazing view. We loved sampling the delicious Cretan and Fish restaurants. The room and hotel facilities were excellent.

good property but not happy with customer service. . didnt feel comfortable with almost all interactions with the staff... lacked the warmth..
