Leptos Panorama Hotel

We were in the new part and the room was a good size with a balcony that faced the ocean.

Good location. Nice pools. Room size is good, but the rooms need to be updated - it's so old and out of date with cheap paint. The shower curtain is so freaking short that it hardly touches the top of the tub. The bathroom floor is soaked every time your take a shower. Not enough lighting in the room. WORST PART: customer service sucks!!!! The server/helper is fine, it's the front desk attendants. They all are so rude, and can't careless to help you with local information. There is a small safe in the room, but they will charge you 3EURO /day. That's so cheap of them. We paid for 'All Inclusive" food & drink are included. But the food sucks - at best, it would be eatable. Our room is right below the pool deck, and the staffs start setting the pool chairs at 5pm. The noise was so bad that it woke us up and kept us up. Oh, their WIFI sucks. Can't even connect when you are in the pool area. When you can, it's very slow.

Excellent affordable choise, with nice facilities. Swiming pools were good, all inclusive was descent. The view is excellent, you feel you are in the sky when you look up from the pools. It was obvious some drinks/food were less popular brands or of quality, but it didnt really bother us. Especially the food, even if sometimes felt cheaper, we ate all we could and enjoyed it. Chefs doing good job for the menu, something for the kids, bit of variety, one day oriental, some Cypriot, some greek, some itallian....enough to keep things interesting.

Public relations staff, Georgia, was very rude and followed the early guests not to eat anything until check in time.

Location was ideal for us,short bus trip to Chania old town/port.Good sea views,well kept gardens and pool area.The staff were exceptionally pleasant, and for me,I will return.

Amazing staff, really helpful, good English language skills. Hotel in comfortable area, close to the airport, we spent great week.

Swimming pool fantastic and huge view amazing food and nice location

Really good food but building and interior could be modernised. Attentive staff during meals but could do with staff waiting on you for drinks.
