Leptos Panorama Hotel

The upgrade was much appreciated and the variety of pools available for executive guests and amenities was excellent. Amazing view from everywhere outside. The only downside was the WiFi quality was poor in the executive wing. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Overall this is a great value for all inclusive. I cannot compare to others in Europe, but I found the food much better than all inclusives in the Caribbean, the views are great, and the location is amazing. Is the food better at restaurants in Crete? Absolutely, but this is still worth it even if you're planing to taking the cheap/easy bus into Chania old town for 1 meal per day as we did - it's the best of all situations. The only criticism I'd give is that the staff could be a bit more friendly and accommodating - the Bartenders were usually very good and friendly, and the Porter was top-notch, but most others were often nowhere to be seen and could be in a rush when you finally got to speak to them. Overall recommended!

We got in at around midnight and the staff was very nice they even had cold plates of food waiting in our room in case we wanted something to eat before bed. The food was amazing and the view incredible. Sunsets there were unmatched. The pool was the perfect temperature and never overly crowded. I would recommend to anyone

Every thing , friendly staff clean ,the food choice and quality of food and drink was excellent and it was a good location to get about to other areas , bus stop outside hotel and transport every 10 mins .

One of the most amazing holidays with with almost everything close to perfection. Good: - the location was well maintained - stuff friendly and helpful - bar drinks were good and decent variety - the pool was always clean - nevertheless the food was good and divers most of the days with a nice BBQ party Thursday The things that they have to fix in order to create an seamless experience: - WiFi connection is really bad to almost not working, therefore had to use my abroad package and pay for something that was advertised to be included.. - Spa/massage is supposed to make this a 5* but unfortunately is super over-priced in comparison with everything else and the quality is just below the average Overall I'd recommend it but with the awareness that these 5* in the rest of Europe would be 4*

Beautiful , clean hotel. Excellent food and friendly staff. We would have preferred it if there was music/entertainment every evening as when there wasn't anything there was nothing to do after dinner andhotel is not near enough to walk to any bars etc. but a minor point on an otherwise fabulous holiday

The service was poor, anythjng we asked for we was told "no". Their knowledge of the escursions was poor. The rooms were not cleaned properly once. Facilities were poor. It states it has a Spa and it does not. No indoor pool or other spa facilities. Location was ok. Food was average at best. I would condider this a 3 star hotel not a 4 star. If your looking for a proper 4 star this is not it

Beautiful pool, rooms were sub standard. Not everything is all inclusive

We had a lovely weeks stay and where the hotel is positioned it makes the most of the wonderful views. The room was modern and stylish and the sunbathing area is lovely. The only downside is that when the weather was forecast to be windy or rainy (not actually too windy or rainy) they shut the outside restaurant which lost a lot of the charm about staying at the hotel.
