Leptos Panorama Hotel

Lovely stay, staff very attentive and accommodated all our requirements before our arrival. Food was excellent and very tasty, my only criticism as a vegetarian was that the salads at lunchtime weren’t labelled so not easy to see what was veggie. But the food was delicious. We had a very relaxing holiday in a very nice room and lovely hotel and can’t fault anything else.

This hotel is 5* with friendly staffs and bartenders. Great service and outstanding view. Easy access to Chania town centre that runs every 20mins from outside of the hotel, and great beaches around the area.

The property is in a beautiful location overlooking the ocean with wonderful views. My VIP benefits were overlooked until requested (wine brought to room he next day) and late checkout was not granted even though the hotel was not sold out. Instead the hotel required a 40 Euro "half day rental fee" to stay longer than checkout and we couldn't stay in the same room. We literally transferred into a room adjacent from the one we were already settled into with the same exact ocean view. We felt extremely taken advantage of by this fee. The buffet food is mass produced so it wasn't fresh. It is sad that such a beautiful property was such a disappointment for us during our stay.

Brilliant stay with great food. The staff can be a bit grumpy, but what does one expect when all inclusive guests take advantage of them? Be nice and they’re exceptionally friendly. Top class venue.

Awesome pool, easy to get to and from when doing day trips to other parts of the island.

WIFI is practically non-existing. Not acceptable in theoretically 5* hotel. Rooms and corridors are very old and definitely no 5*. The rest of the hotel is rather nice. Food is average, better enjoy island's gastronomy than eating here. Has no room service, another impressive thing from a 5* hotel. The stay wasn't bad but we won't go back

The hotel has nice pools and great view of the sea. The staff were all extremely kind and cheery and helpful. It has a great location, with the bus running right in front of the hotel to get around the area. However, I did not think it was worth the money. The hotel is very old and not renovated, the internet was terrible the whole stay, the food quality was bad, and not all their "sea view" rooms are fully sea view. I paid extra for a sea view room, and instead got a view of mostly the city and mountains, with a side view of the sea covered by a large tree. That was a huge disappointment and not worth the extra costs.

Love this hotel! Love the staff! The rooms are huge! The location is great! Breakfast is good, pools are super cool!
