Had a great time. Service was good but would do with a smile every now and then

Lovely view, very old - not renovated. Great food.

It was amazing.

Food, pool and sea views are excellent. Room is spacious with nice balcony and sea views but can be a bit noisy from hallway. Due to COVID all children’s entertainment is cancelled as is indoor play room and gym. Hardly any form of entertainment in the evening. Drinks not as good as the food. Beach is nice but stony. Google maps displays a Beach Bar which is non existent. Overall enjoyable stay.

Hotel was clean and pool fantastic with beautiful views. Rooms are spacious and ok but could do with an update. Plenty of choice food wise every meal. All inclusive drink were average and I would really say probably just a 4 star Hotel rather than 5 star. The location is ideal with a bus to Chania centre in 20 minutes located at the hotel entrance well worth visiting of an evening. Overall enjoyable stay with everything you need.

The hotel facilities were great. The receptionist Georgia was so lovely and helpful. I found most of the waiters fairly unprofessional and didn’t seem to take pride in their work. The portions were tiny and almost exhausted the kitchen staff to give you a normal staff portion on your plate. I got the feeling that staff morale is pretty low- perhaps it’s due to the current covid situation but I would have been nice if people seemed to care more about their clients.

Perfect hotel. Food and view is amazing. And bathrooms are better looking and what you would expect than their pictures. Would recommend.

View was amazing. Food was very average and service in resturant poor. They are understaffed.

The pool and buffet were amazing. Super clean hotel with a great staff.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodated all our requests in a friendly manner.. Food was excellent.. Views from the hotel were perfect. Good value and in a good location to travel to Chania
