Leptos Panorama Hotel

What a fabulous stay my mother and I had this October - wonderful hotel and location. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the food excellent. They made our week so enjoyable - with many lovely memories

We stayed in panorama for 5 nights. Very good location, 30 min from airport. Nice views from hotel, close to sea. All inclusive plan is very basic. Very small restaurants ( 1 outdoor, 1 indoor) compare to the hotel size. Good food but not many options. Good staff in restaurants and room service. Rooms were clean, good size, balcony, wifi, luggage space, cleaned daily to good standard. You have to pay extra for room safe & tea/ coffee kettle for room. Spa services extra charge. No help with luggage or information from reception. We were told to find lift next to bar and find room on level 1. On a positive note it was my sons birthday and hotel gave us complimentary cake and staff helped with table decorations. Town only 20 min by bus, only 1 bus from hotel 30-40 min service. Overall very good stay but I wouldn't say 5 star.

They say all inclusive...but they had a refrigerator in the room. They charged it. Did not let us know earlier about it, we thought it was all inclusive, but had to pay. The receptionist was too harsh on it. Good view, good food, bad receptionist.

Excellent hotel . The services and facilities are out of this world. And the price is unbelievable.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed for 7 nights at the Panorama Hotel. We decided to upgrade to the swim up room, it definitely wasn't essential as the main pool was really large with lots of space but it did give us a little peace and quiet and a bit more privacy. The room was a great size. The staff and service was impecible throughout. The food was tasty and changed daily. We went out to the local town a few times (Chania, more definitely worth a visit). I always think it's good to see some of the local area whereas all inclusive packages can leave you lazy and staying at the hotel the whole time! It depends on your situation though of course. All round, a great stay and well worth the money.

The experience was good overall. Some members of the stuff were a bit rude sometimes though.

All round brilliant. We had our own pool that overlooked the sea with great views. The food was a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a range of variety

Generally the hotel is in need of re-decoration and felt shabby. Food good. Indoor bar area needs air con. Unable to accommodate request to pay and retain room until 1800 hrs and had to use gym showers which was not ideal. The bathroom in the room was very shabby and was in need of new suite. Despite signs requesting that towels are not placed on sunbeds to reserve them, this was not managed and therefore you had to follow suit to ensure you had a sunbed. There was insufficient parasols also.

Great family stay in quiet picturesque area, all inclusive food variety and quality excellent, local drinks ok for the value. Very nice views, grounds, communal areas and pool. Nice attentive and helpful staff. Room spacious and comfortable, we had a 1 bedroom suite and although it could be updated to a more modern standard the hotel have made the best of the decor it has which isn't terrible. The area: Small beach across the road nice but not great. A 10 minute walk either side of hotel will take you to better beaches. Nothing much in the area to see or do but we enjoyed the peaceful location and facilities of hotel so did not affect us. A bus into Chania old town/port from outside hotel is always a nice day out. All in all we would say the hotel is good value for the price you pay, we would return and have recommended to friends and family already!

Very good value for all inclusive. However , for a in-room coffee maker, it would cost €3. Bus stop outside makes it convenient to go to Chania town
