Very clean, good location, great breakfast

Broken elevators, loud ac, uncomfortable bed and very slow front desk service. Noone at desk for check in at 4pm and waited 15 minutes to check out because no one was at gront desk.

Old hotel in a bad area. Not at all like the website suggests. Elevators barely working, dirty carpets, bad coffee, no soap in bathroom, bar closed due to pulled liquor license, cracked tiles and old stained tub.

Location close to lots of family-friendly attractions. Room was clean but could have used a little more deep scrubbing in the corners. The sheets were a bit worn and curled off the corners of the mattress, but the room was large and comfortable. Very good room for the price.

The hotel staff was nice and friendly, attentive to your needs. The hotel rooms seemed to be outdated and in a severe need to be upgraded. Location is great and accessible to nearby attractions.

Great value and service by team. John at check-in was amazing and I received complimentary water with my Hyatt membership tier. 5 star location, 5 star team, and very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Property is somewhat hidden and quiet but it made up for it in a great night's rest.

Great stay at this hotel. I stayed two nights while I was working in the area. John at the front desk was amazing upon check in. I am a Hyatt Member was upgraded to a bigger room. IHOP / Dennys can’t compete with the breakfast that I had at the hotel. I would have taken pictures but I forgot my phone in the room. The lobby and room were clean and inviting. I would stay here again.
