"Hyatt Stay Nov 2025"

Great location, close to highway but in a safe tucked off area. Breakfast included, hot with some options. Hot water for showers wasn't always available and had to shower in the cold a few times. Also TV didn't have a guide so hard to find what you wanted o way without just flipping thru channels. Also WiFi signal not strong. Staff was nice and good checkout time.

Close to the highway

We reserved this hotel and paid in advance with booking.com when we arrived we had to put a credit card down which is normal. After a few days the pending transaction was posted, we called the hotel to let them know about the double charge and all they said was that it was going to be fixed. I’ve called several times and have not had this issue fixed. Every time we call we are told the manager will refund it next thing in the morning but has not done anything.

This place is certainly on the quiet side, but always has a good breakfast and clean rooms. I had an issue recently with the room cleanliness and the front desk made it right immediately. Really appreciate the staff here.
