"disrespectful behaviour"

i have booked the hotel for an exam. they informed me 24h in advance that I will be moved to a different hotel. i have tried all day to call them - no one picked up the phone. i had to pay £40/taxi to get there on 3 separate days. who’s paing for this?!?
