My husband and I recently stayed 3 nights at Copthorne Cameron Highlands and honestly, we really enjoyed it. The hotel was comfy, service was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They’ve got everything you’d usually need- clean room, daily housekeeping, a gym and free Wi-Fi (coverage not good for those who wish to work). It’s a good spot whether you’re coming as a couple or with family. The location is great too. Close to local eateries lots of steamboat options!, morning market, strawberry farms and tea plantations. And the weather... wow. It dropped to around 16.5°C at night super cold but in the best way. Such a nice break from the city heat It was a great little getaway and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone heading to Cameron Highlands.

The hotel rooms are dated and in need of tender loving freshen up. Staff tried to be efficient but remained unconvincing. Location is good,view can be appealing if you are allocated a well appointed room with balcony. There are a few eateries 5 minutes walk from hotel, a small convenient store ,strawberry farm across the road. Sit in the shade and have fresh picked strawberry is delightful.
