Pillow and bedsheet no issue, toilet clean. The room is tidy. Will repeat for the next trip. Room service also okay.....

Yes, IT WAS A BAD EXPERIANCE. I like to praise MORNING SHIFT STAFF and Hotel LOCATION, that's all, only two goof things there Room, check-in experience and breakfast, all were terrible Old infrastructure room mattress, was same as hard floor, really I have never experienced such a worst quality of mattresses, even after pointing out to them and they agreed to change the same,,,,, nothing happened in actual, all because of change of shifts and evening staff was not so smart Actually there were few more negative things found in the room, which hotel staff agreed to rectify before reassigning the room in future Be it Singapore or Malaysia, my personal experience with Millennium group hotel staff was always bad. this is bottom line, HOTEL STAFF IS PAID TO SERVE THE GUESTS. THE GUEST IS PAYING THE MONEY. Hotel staff is not SERVANT but still they are the one who MUST SERVE

Great hospitality and nice experience to be here with copthorne. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and top-notch hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to a room with a stunning view. The room itself was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, Housekeeping was okay and consistent, keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay.

The hotel enjoys a great location, just a short walking distance from Kea Farm Market, which makes it convenient for morning strolls and easy access to local produce and snacks. The surrounding area is vibrant and lively, especially during the day, offering a true feel of the Cameron Highlands experience. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Upon check-in, we noticed that the mugs in our room had visible stains, which was quite disappointing. Even after housekeeping came the next day, the stained mugs were not replaced or cleaned, indicating a lack of attention to basic hygiene and room upkeep. For the price paid, we had hoped for a higher standard of cleanliness and service. Overall, while the location is definitely a plus, the hotel needs to significantly improve its cleanliness and housekeeping standards to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.

Had a nice staycation. All the facilities are nice. The weather was so nice. The Mountain View are so beautiful from the balcony. We had a great morning view. The Receptionist Sharifah and Halo was so friendly and guide us on the procedure during check in and check out

Nice hotel to stay. I booked 2 rooms and manage to get side by side. Smooth check in process. Mr zaini is very friendly and help me out upon check in. The view and weather here is very nice. I also have a smooth check out process and miss Alia and Nadira at counter very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is very old. The master bedroom has not hot water, the pillows are moldy inside and there are hairs under the blanket. No slippers in room. Other amenities are rusty and old. Dishes and cups are all dirty. Food is cheap but it just tastes ok, not very good. This is the first time I saw a hotel using ticket counter to check-in which made me feel like I was in a hospital waiting for my turn, no hospitality at all. At 5AM, there was some loud music waking my parents up, no sound proof at all. Cleanliness is the worst.

Great location with good scenery. Staff are both attentive and friendly. Place is a bit old, should consider cleaning the patio by the restaurant as it was dirty and slippery. We availed the breakfast and it was very good. I’ll recommend this place for anyone who considers it.
