Copthorne Hotel Cameron Highlands

The room is absolutely terrible, super dirty, i didnt even dare to take a shower. the bedsheets are stained, the bathroom is mouldy. And room is super dirty. Dont think it is even a 2 star hotel.

Everything was soooo goooddddddd, i love the view that i get from my room, 916. The room have the cleanest bed sheet and toilet❤️

We opted for an apartment with breakfast in the hotel itself. The apartment was spacious with a good sized living room, a small kitchen with very limited facilities, an ensuite bedroom with probably the worst bed we have ever slept in, it had an enormous dip in the middle and very uncomfortable springs at one side. There was also a smaller wet room and both it and the ensuite were of a very good standard, however the water heater had to be switched on 30 minutes before showering, a helpful little sign advised you of this! The apartment was very clean but shabby and decidedly dated , it’s definitely in need of an update, the TV didn’t have a channels working, but you don’t visit the Cameron Highlands to watch TV. There was a very spacious balcony which had a small table but oddly only one chair. The floor was very grubby and the patio doors were dirty. Each apartment block has its own dedicated parking which is very handy for carrying luggage etc. The hotel serves an international buffet breakfast with a great range of foods, it would be almost impossible to it to find something to eat.

I stayed here for the first time and its very worth any penny . My cousin recommended me this hotel . The room was clean , cozy and well maintenance. i want to highligh from the staff name sharifah , very helpful staff . I will repeat this hotel in future . Thankyou

Nice hotel and good service from staff name alia. Were having difficulty upon check in which i booked wrong date but she manage to help to get a room for me. Super friendly and nice staff.

The staf, Ms. Azi was so kind and friendly. She made my daughter's day! The room was spacious, the view from the room was breathtaking.
