Hacienda Temozon Sur

Really enjoyed the hacienda experience. I found the stay to be a bit noisy with its proximity to a nearby pueblo. The staff was very friendly and certainly accommodating.

It's an old rope-making "hacienda", with what is the factory "ruins" located behind the swimming pool. Quite atmospheric. Food was excellent. Staff friendly and willing to please. The big downside is the inconvenience of the various aspects of the facility, which is quite spread out. The swimming pool is a 5-7 minute walk from the rooms. The car park is also about the same distance in a different direction. The walkways are composed of irregular stones, which impedes fast walking. This property is definitely not "accessible". Nothing much to do here, though Uxmal is only 45 minutes away. Our first night the water in the shower ran only lukewarm (meaning, I couldn't take a shower - quite disappointing considering the price of the room).

En general, el lugar, la habitación, el ambiente y la comida estuvieron excelentes. Solamente nos vamos con una impresión no tan grata sobre un miembro del personal del restaurante, ya que fuimos a cenar y nos percatamos de que había cierta diferencia en el trato a huéspedes extranjeros y a nosotras mexicanas. Vimos que a ellos no se les exigía tener el cubrebocas colocado en áreas comunes y donde se debería utilizar, así como la atención y amabilidad que no se dió por igual. Esperemos que en próximas visitas se pueda tratar por igual a extranjeros como a mexicanos.

Die Hazienda ist weitläufig, die Zimmer mit einer Raumhöhe sind großzügig. Das Abendessen war sehr gut mit schönem Blick über die Anlage. Die Patina an den Gebäuden passt zu einer Hazienda. Die Auflagen der Poolliegen waren fast alle aufgerissen. So etwas sieht schäbig aus und mindert den Gesamteindruck.

Établissement incroyable, tout l historique de cette Hacienda vous transporte ds un autre temps. Cuisine excellente. Service correct . Juste un peu bruyant les chiens du village tres proche aboient tte la nuit

Le personnel est aux petits soins, le lit vraiment très confortable et le petit déjeuner excellent.

L endroit est juste magnifique, le personnel attentionné , la literie très confortable, la piscine exceptionnelle . On est dans un dépaysement total comme si le temps s’est arrêté . Vraiment top .

Очень странное место , ужасное расположенно , далеко от Мерида , такси не вызвать или приезжают через 2 часа или вообще не приезжают. Отель очень обычный уровень примерно 4 звёзды , за , что получил все награды непонятно .Ресторан в отеле не плохой , но ничего особенного, еда обычная . Сервис средний , плохим не назвать , но точно не 5 звёзд .

We have now stayed at all five haciendas in Mexico under this “Luxury Collection” umbrella: Santa Rosa, San Jose, Temozon, Uayamon, and Campeche. This one wasn’t the most beautiful but I loved the room, the food was great, and the staff very friendly.
