Отель очень хороший, ремонт свежий, еда неплохая и ее достаточно, как и напитков. Персонал вежливый, всегда готовый помочь. Взрослый и детский бассейны, свой красивый пляж, лежаков хватает на всех, бесплатные катания на каяках. Кондиционер в номере хорошо работал, полотенца и белье чистые, кровати удобные. С удовольствием вернулась бы, только, если поселят в другой номер :)

Номер 1949, а точнее его расположение в отеле-на самом нижнем этаже в самой глубине где-то около небольшой реки, под трубами. Река, в общем, добавляет какого-то шарма, но она очень шумная, беруши меня спасли. Номер не просыхает и не проветривается, поэтому жутко пахнет канализацией и плесенью.

El restaurante italiano cumplió y superó todas mis expectativas, haciendo entendible que se necesite hacer una reserva y la playa privada tiene el nivel de oleaje perfecto para relajarse en el agua, no tiene molestos vendedores ambulantes y al estar limitada a los huéspedes nunca está demasiado llena.

Lamentablemente la primer habitación asignada estaba justo al lado de una sub planta eléctrica que causaba un ruido insoportable, tras insistir un par de veces en recepción, consiguieron bajar el volumen del ruido y movernos a otra habitación la noche siguiente. La comida en el restaurante principal frente a la alberca tiene una calidad apenas aceptable, no mucha variedad y deja mucho que desear incluso comparada con el desayuno, el cual si bien no fue excepcional, me pareció bueno a secas.

La playa y privacidad del hotel. No hay vendedores ambulantes, me la pasé con mucha paz y tranquila mientras mi familia se divertía en la playa y alberca.

Como todavía están arreglando los elevadores y no todos están en servicio, mi mamá caminaba bastante para subir al comedor y/o bajar a la alberca. Tampoco me gustó que para reservar el restaurante tuve que formarme como una hora, creo que ésto se puede ir reservando poco a poco con un hostes.
