Over washed scratchy towels. Do not disturb is ignored. Shower could use better cleaning. Definitely needed better cleaning of the curtains and had to advise staff of an issue. Cheap hairdryer and was replaced with an even cheaper one. Environment is in good location and quiet. Carpet needs replacing.

This hotel is well located and quiet. However, it is not a five star property by any definition. The interiors are tired but worse, my room was dirty. Skirting boards and corners had not been wiped down and had hair stuck on them. The bathroom floor was stained as was the shower. Better to stay less expensive but clean.

"Top Drawer Experience at the Windsor Arms Hotel"

Our stay was fabulous. The service was top-drawer, especially in the hotel's restaurant, the Gatsby. We especially loved the opulent and luxurious atmosphere. WAH provided the quiet sanctuary we were looking for after busy days exploring and shopping in Yorkville. We plan to visit again soon.
