Windsor Arms Hotel

The staff was nice. The pool was great. The rooms were fine.

The rooms need to be cleaned better as well as the carpets. It needs a lot of renovating. Carpets are stained, bathroom floors are stained and not clean under the sinks. Had to recall every time for one of our vehicles as it was never ready.

Carole at the front desk was very helpful in booking the room and making our stay very pleasant. The hotel is a throwback of incredible charm and quirky luxury. The service is old school and professional. A wonderful boutique hotel that is full of luxury and charm

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by the most wonderful door person, Peter. He was amazing in his energy and enthusiasm. Front desk staff were very attentive and professional. Room was an excellent size and hotel was really quiet and comfortable. You cannot beat the location. It's the place to be for exploring the city.

Given the reputation and location of the Windsor Arms Hotel, facilities and rooms are a bit dated. Hotel and pool area (that was one of the facilities we used) requires a renovation and refresh.

We stayed here for the Eras Tour, every detail was perfection. The staff were warm and friendly, the suite was large and comfortable, and the room service was fast and delicious. We did not have time to check out the spa or pool but I wish we had. The jacuzzi tub made up for it a bit.

We had a lovely stress free stay here.

What a great stay. Jake at the front desk was so helpful and knowledgable during our stay, my sister wanted a photo with him before we left! The hotel room was beautiful and the high tea and food at Gatsby was amazing. The service was impeccable. We will be back!
