"Sam, Head of Security Went Above and Beyond!!"

We had an unexpected emergency when my mother-in-law fell just outside the property, and the staff at this hotel were incredible. Sam, the head of security, went above and beyond to assist us, providing both medical supplies and calm, reassuring support during a stressful time. His professionalism, kindness, and quick action truly made a difficult situation much easier, and we are so grateful for his help. Sam truly deserves recognition for his service!

Location and Front desk manager

Room was not good, bed’s uncomfortable, bathroom door doesn’t have a lock, bathroom doesn’t have any ventilation, shower had no water pressure..room smelled bad, so did the restaurant. Front desk staff not knowledgeable and providing false information.

I loved the old time look! The property was clean and kept up. The beds were very comfortable! Being that we were there the day before Christmas it was so busy, but the staff was accommodating and friendly. We were not able to get in for dinner but breakfast was fabulous! We look forward to coming back and having dinner!

It is a little dated, but kept really clean.
