This hotel is overpriced, dated, noisy and lacks basic hotel amenities for a luxury hotel, i.e., daily room cleaning and nighttime turndown service. With so many hotel options in St. Augustine, there is no need to spend $600 +++ to stay at this hotel. I was really disappointed.

Horrible disgusting hotel with inept management. Our room had the smell of decaying animal. Manager was condescending and not helpful. Room did not have fridge, microwave or extra blankets. He got our reservation mixed up and insisted we needed to check out. It was just a horrible mess at this price point. Do not stay at this filthy hotel.

We love to stay at Casa Monica anytime we're in St. Augustine. The hotel is perfectly situated in the historic district and everything is walkable. The staff is very courteous and helpful. On this particular trip, Nardia at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. We were so happy to extend our visit by an entire day to have more time to enjoy the seasonal lights . We look forward to our next day already!
