The room was very spacious and comfortable, the parking very handy and the location ideal for the main town of Lake Geneva.

The view of the lake from the room was disappointing, I requested to change rooms to one with above with a balcony, even if it meant paying a little more but was refused with a hard 'No'. With no facility to open the windows as they led directly to the roof (which was the majority of that window's view ), i was unable to gain any fresh air to the room in the stifling heat. We also had an issue with flies, how they were gaining entry to the room perplexed me. Having been enticed to book the hotel, by the offer of two swimming pools, they were also disappointing, the indoor pool is no small to garner any serious exercise and the outdoor pool, too shallow. Understandably, it only served the sunbathers.

There wasn't any continental breakfast that I know of. It would have been nice . We had a minor emergency and it was quickly resolved by caring staff.

Area looks nice, room aesthetic nice and clean, nice pool and sauna

Bed uncomfortable, pillows uncomfortable, bedframe making crunchy noise when moving. Very cheap furniture, can hear next room TV and next room bathroom flush Will wake you up. Can even hear them walking. Couldn’t sleep all night, my son kept waking up when neighbor flush toilet. For the $333 for one night it wasn’t worth that price. But front desk people were friendly.

Loved where it was located. Right across from the lake and just a couple blocks from shopping many good restaurants. Having the balcony so we could sit outside and enjoy the lake. Nice pool and work out area.

My only complaint would be that the bath towels were rough and didn't like the way hair felt after showering. Assuming the water did not have a softener on it, but I would still stay there again. We enjoyed our stay.
