Location was great, the view was awesome! Everything was within walking distance.

The price was high for only one room. We regularly rent 2-3 bed ocean front condos in Panama City Beach and the nightly price for a condo is about the same for the nightly rate for this one room.

Cleanliness of room.

My friend and I each had a bottle of wine stolen from our locked rooms.

Cost did not meet quality of room. Definitely had higher expectations

The room

The beds are absolutely terrible! My bed actually tilted backward toward the head board! When you sat on the bed it sounded like you were sitting on a box of crumpled paper.

Staff were friendly, rooms very clean

Mattress was either ancient or a very large person wore a deep groove into it. The mattress in 305 needs to be replaced. I'm a small person and sunk down into the groove in the bed (seems okay at first, then several minutes later, you've found you've "sunk")-- my hips were like a foot lower than my head. Worst night sleep in a long time.
