Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva

Location is great, property is very clean, staff was great. View was amazing

The view from our room was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our stay. The staff was friendly and professional, which made the experience even more pleasant.

There were a few issues that impacted our overall comfort. The A/C unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, during our second night, the weather was very windy, and the noise from the roof was unsettling. While there were definitely positive aspects to our stay, addressing these issues would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

The bed was holding on by a thread, it made so much noise we couldnt sleep. And it was very uncomphortable

This is a straight to the point Hotel in a great location across from the lake. The staff is very friendly. My room was very clean. The pizza place is closed but they will have a new restaurant coming soon. I can see them working on it now. I will love to come back and visit when the new restaurant comes.

Great experience at Harbor Shores. Clean, friendly & quiet.

I booked this based on location. It started at $100 and it ended up being $160. Ceiling was falling apart, bed screws were loose, was cold feeling, no breakfast, terrible shampoo/conditioner/soap. Just not a place I would ever recommend.
