Harbor Shores on Lake Geneva

The location was great. Check in was smooth. I booked a lake view room where I paid extra for and booked a couple of weeks in advance. Our room was good but our so call lake view was of the roof of the front entrance and the HVAC system. We were in room 212 So disappointed This is our first visit to this property and we chose it because of its location and being able to see the lake

We had a great time at Harbor Shores. Very nice customer service, clean room and overall we enjoyed our stay

I used to live in Lake Geneva so that's what I like about this hotel. I wish it was a Hilton but it's not anymore.

Credit card that was never my issue it was just awkward.

Would have appreciated drapes that let light in from windows rather than blackout.

My wife and I have stayed at Harbor Shores 3 times. We have never been disappointed!! The rooms are clean and sizable and are serviced daily. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. The location is ideal! When visiting Lake Geneva there is only one place worth staying in ... Harbor Shores!

Harbor Shores is a great location with wonderful staff, nice rooms, and an overall peaceful environment.
