Wanda Vista Beijing

I have stayed in 2 different rooms. The bathroom has big problems, it smells very bad.

Good location and the room is nice and clean. Just one concern is that some staff may not speak or understand English, so it was harder to get things done.

Amazing housekeeping crew and front desk. Awesome service . Well done!

All very good expect the mini bar pricing with coke and beer at 8$+ each !!

Loved staying in the Wanda Vista hotel. Beautiful Art Deco styling is a glamours throwback to a bygone era. The hotel breakfast buffet has many options. The rooms were well appointed, modern and clean. Fitness center has modern equipment. Close by to the metro and many food and entertainment options.

The room is pretty clean and comfortable. The staff at front desk are very friendly and helpful. It is recommended.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely rooms, the best breakfast ever and good gym, pool and lobby bar. Close to subway and easy walk into city centre.

Service at check in was appalling - the lady behind the counter was more interested in being on her mobile phone than checking me in. No room was available when I checked in even though it was after the official time. I was told it would be 20 minutes maximum and to take a seat and some one would come and get me when my room was ready. 45 minutes later - no one - so I reapproached the check in and my room was ready. The hotel was not where it said it was on the hotels.com website - nor on the hotels website itself. It is 1.3km away on the opposite side of a the road behind an elevated highway. I choose the hotel for the alleged proximity to a subway station, restaurants, and my friends hotel - but was disappointed and would not have chosen this place if this website had of been correct. The customer service rep for Hotels.com didn't seem at all concerned that people would have been inconvenienced by their mistake. On two occasions - there was no one at the gym reception to give you a locker key and sign you in - had to wait 15 minutes. The gym facilities are good however. Room comfortable & clean, bed comfortable, wifi - average.
