"Excellent"

Absolutely perfect. Only -minor - issue is that most of the wait staff don’t speak English, so ordering food or getting your food right in the restaurants or coffee shop is a bit of a challenge.

The daily cleaning of room was very good and attentive to details. Response to requests were prompt. Only feedback was the daily breakfast was a tad boring with same items from Tues to Sat. Food standards very average.

A very new condition hotel near to CBD. All staff are friendly and have good serving attitude, I’m personally very satisfied. Thanks to Venera for her great assistance as well.

I have been there 5 times. This one is most terrible probably not managed by Sofitel. Have rubbish in toilet n bath room. Tv is doesn’t work at night. Entire room the smell is awful

I stayed there before which was much nicer. The washroom was a bit smell. Also the sauna room is not allowed to be used by hotel guests which is very strange. The spa charges ridiculous amount and it’s almost 4 times more than other hotels

Very nice hotel. It's located in the center of Beijing, only 3 miles to Tiananmen square. The breakfast is very good.

"Our family holiday become memorable due to Mr Fang"

We checked in on 1 October 2018 stayed 4 nights. When we checked in the guy gav3 us a smelly and mouldy room. The carpet was frayed, power point socked came off from the wall, table was chipped. It was shocking. We refused to accept the room and requested to speak to General Manger. As GM was on leave we met Assistant Manger Mr Fang who listened our concer very carefully and mad3 decision to give us a room in Executive floor which was an excellent room. Mr Fang speaks English very well and do understand how to resolve an issue. He has a very good attitude and he went extra mile to make us happy.

"Well located hotel in Beijing "

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the subway line one. Close to a Walmart. I was upgraded to an Executive suite which was nice but only issue was the toilet didn't work very well. Other than that the staff made my stay enjoyable. I used the fitness centre and that was great. Lobby is luxurious and room comfortable. Get the chaise lounge drycleaned there are a few stains on it.
