Very good food, location, veiw and sourounding is beautifull. Staff is the best of the best of the best. Hard working, kindely and allways smiling. Roms, no comentt, pure 10/10. Service is also very good.

Die Lage direkt am Meer war sehr schön. Auch das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut. Der Außenbereich des Hotels ist auch sehr schön gestaltet.

Das Angebot zum Abendessen war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Speisen wiederholten sich. Auch war es sehr laut und ungemütlich. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig.

Our experience at Pestana Ocean Bay was exceptional with its spectacular view and the sound of the waves. Direct access to the beach and the boardwalk gave us options to head into Funchal or heading in the other direction took us to the beautiful village of Camara de Lobos. A promenade along the ocean was very pleasant. Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens. Rooms very clean, hotel area spotless. Swimming pool and jacuzzi very clean, beach robes and towels provided. Thank you, Mikaela, for your patience with us on our arrival, you were very pleasant, and professional. Keep up the great job! Special thanks to Roberto, Bruno & Mohamed at the bar for making the best Gin & tonic. All the staff in the dining area were very pleasant and quick picking up plates and cleaning tables. Great job Irene keep smiling! Food could have been more varied especially at breakfast, meats could have been more tender hard to cut since there were no steak knifes. There is entertainment every night, well done “Jorge Ferreira”. The hotel has a courtesy bus running twice daily, and stopping outside the Cristiano Ronaldo Museum, very convenient. Car parking could’ve been cheaper or free for guests who pay a lot of money for all inclusive, €15 per day. All in all, it was the beautiful staff at this hotel that made it memorable for us. Our third time in Madeira, our first time at this hotel, will definitely return.
