We Stand that hotel is very good the staff the white are everything is based of hotel we're enjoy with my kids and everything' everything is perfect thanks

Staff was not helpful. Plus my wife got food poisoning and no one bothered.

Not worth value money

The hotel service was excellent — I really liked it. All the staff were very friendly, and I especially remember the waiter named Limon.

We had a really pleasant stay! The hotel is wonderfull and the staff is very nice and very profesionnal. One of the best holiday, if not THE best, we had!

Excellent hotel. Good choice of food at meals and good quality drinks for all inclusive, we all particularly enjoyed the help yourself sangria! The rooms were very spacious and were cleaned daily and towels and bed changed regularly. Easy level walking on promenade right outside hotel gate. Courtesy bus to Funchal. Two things in particular stood out: the situation of the hotel, all rooms sea facing, fantastic views and sunsets from balcony. Unfortunately we caught tail end of storm with dreadful windy weather and some rain but nice to see the Atlantic rollers (from a distance!). The other outstanding thing to mention was the friendliness and helpfulness of ALL staff, couldn't do enough for you - Reception, Waiters, Dining Room, Cleaning ladies. All smiled and spoke whenever they saw you. Standing out in particular was Irene Sousa in dining room, always asked if we needed anything further and always with a lovely smile. Always wished us a lovely day. Obrigada - we hope to be back one day!

Very clean hotel, reception was excellent especially Beatriz on arrival we were offered a glass of Madeira and cake. All the staff were very friendly and happy, lovely bottled wine you could help yourself, Always something to eat and drink from 7.30 until 23.00 good selection of food so you can find something you like although on occasions the cooked food could have been warmer the coffee was really good. The hotel had a shuttle bus into Funchal 9.30 return 14.30 and 12.30 return 17.30 it took about one and a half hours to walk along the coast to Funchal, Comfortable large double bed and nice balcony overlooking the sea. Unfortunately the weather wasn't very good so we didn't use the pool but there are a lot of sunbeds.

Minden szoba az óceánra néz, isteni jókat aludtam a hullámzás hangjára. Személyzet segítőkész szívesen beszélgetnek a vendégekkel. Ételek finomak voltak és változatosak. Gyümölcsök, sütik isteniek
