"Great Location, Great Stay!"

10.0

The hotel is very centrally located and had the most comfortable beds! We really enjoyed the balconies in our room as well. We found the hotel staff to be extremely helpful and pleasant. The wifi was a bit slow, but other than that it was GREAT. We will definitely stay there again.

"Great place to stay in Granada"

10.0

This hotel is in the center of Granada. It was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice, knew English well and was very helpful. They have a cafe but all we got was coffee and orange juice. It was a great place to stay for a reasonable amount of money. If you are driving to Granada, the hotel has a garage that costs only 15 euros a day versus 20 euros that we paid because we didn't know. I believe they will park and get your car for you. I would definitely stay here again.

"Excellent"

8.0

I chose this hotel based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. The location was convenient and since I was traveling alone I felt safe. The only issue that I had was the noise from the street and other guests My bedtime was earlier than the rest of Granada. All that said, I would recommend this hotel.

"great location"

10.0

Great location in the center of Granada. Clean comfortable rooms, very helpful employees. They made reservations for Flamenco performance for us. Loved the cafe which is open from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. (I think.) Serves complete Spanish lunch. I was pleased that the cafe is a gathering place for local people, and not just for tourists.

"Most helpful hotel staff in Granada"

10.0

We got the best and most accurate information about getting tickets to the Alhambra from the front desk. Tickets go quickly and to get a ticket for the day one has to be in line almost two hours before the ticket office opens. I was advised to be in the line not later than 6:30 am and it's a good thing I did. When i was leaving the ticket office with my two tickets there were only 6 tickets left for the morning admission and 45 or so for the afternoon admission. That meant the more than 140 people in line behind me were not going to be able to get in that day at all.

"Good location, helpful desk staff..."

8.0

We planned a last minute trip to Granada and were expecting to pay through the nose for a decent (centrally located) hotel with clean accommodations. Not so! We were happy with our stay at Las Nieves. The front desk staff were super helpful and answered a ton of questions for us to help us maximize our really short stay. The room was really clean, beds were comfortable, and had balconies with large windows (lots of light and great fresh air) - there was a little noise during the evening hours, but nothing too terrible as the windows also had wooden shutters on the inside to buffer the noise. The hotel is close to Plaza Real (a short bus ride from the train station) and walkable to lots of sights and buses. The value was excellent for what we received.
