Honest Granada Hotel

It was great to visit Granada again after several years . The central location and helpful staff enabled us to make the most of every moment.

Location at Granada city centre. Near cathedral, alcaiceria (market to buy souveniers), and cale reyes catholica for modern shopping. Many restaurants aroud the hotel that open till night. Granada tourist bus pass through the street in front of the hotel, the bus stop is only 50m away. Hop on-hop off bus 8 euro, include alhamra & albaicin, value for money. Bathroom clean. Room with balcony. Lovely staffs, they even up grade my room to triple room for free (I booked double room for 2 adults and 1 infant).

This is a decent hotel in a very convenient/ central location. Rooms we're average but clean, bathroom had recently been renovated and the bed was two twins pushed together, which wasn't uncommon for this area. One of the better budget hotels in Granada.

We had a double room which could hardly fit the bed. While the bed itself was fairly comfortable, the rest of the furniture was in poor repair. The air conditioning did not work. Breakfast was absolutely basic. Yes, we did have our dog with us - and we are thankful that the hotel does take dogs - but that does not excuse the quality of the room. On the plus side, the location is excellent, within walking distance of all we wanted to see and visit. Our car was parked for us - somewhat expensively - and collected for us when we checked out. And the staff were really pleasant and helpful.

A very convenient situation, surrounded by shopping and caves/restaurants. Near the cathedral and Capilla Real. Good for local transport. Staff pleasant and efficient.

Central but not noisy. Our room was quite dark with one small window. We have stayed in much nicer rooms in this hotel. Service, help and friendliness is all very good. Some of the towels were a bit too old to be acceptable. The coffee is excellent.

Would not go back. Small. Noisy. Terrible Wi-Fi, Tiny bathroom with no counter space. Reviews loved the café attached to the lobby. Nice people but all they served basically was bread, coffee, and juice. No real meals.

Staff very friendly and helpful. As it was Holy Week we had a bird's eye viewing. The procession passed under our balcony.The hotel is in the pedestrian area of the city .The city bus stop was at the end of the street, so all the sights were easily visited.

Las Nieves is very central. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were really excellent and most helpful. Parking was efficiently dealt with by reception & our car taken to a secure, underground park a few streets away. The pedestrian street is quiet and clean.

Though the room was small it was ok for our needs. Loved the decor of the hotel. Staff friendly.
