Comfy Room a little bit of noise from the planes but not terrible. Friendly service. Good value

Old rooms are a bit basic, new wing better. But convenient to HR and only 30 min to Waterloo.

Wifi (free standard version) continually logged out And forced relogin every 2-8 minutes. A real killer For a business traveler. Email work very difficult. Staff not able to service requests that were non standard. Tired carpet. Tire

Could do with bigger beds. Looking a bit dated but good value for money.

My second stay at the hotel and I have to say it was great!! I was given an upgraded room which was a lovely surprise and made the trip very comfortable and such good value for money. Thank you to all the reception and housekeeping staff who made me feel very welcome and cared for as a guest.

Didn’t like the fact that they charged me £8 per day parking when on you site it just says self parking very miss leading and very small tv No body wash on the last night that I stayed there

Second stay, lovely staff from check in to cleaners and cook, room spotless, beds really really comfy, a really comfortable stay, nothing is too much trouble for anyone. The prices are brilliant and the restraunt and bar are excellent, food spectacular.

Perfect hotel near train station for easy access to work. Extremely comfortable beds, a quiet stay guaranteed so you can get a good night’s sleep. Really friendly reception staff.
