St Giles Heathrow Hotel

Bed not comfortable at all. Bath drain blocked We had extremely noisey guest in room 827and 828 continuously bangig doors and shouting at each other going from one room to the other from 11pm until 1.30am. We had to call reception and they sent up security.

It was good and helpful staff

Right next to Feltham railway station, excellent connectivity via bus, short distance to nearest tube station Nice restaurant, food available throughout the day. They are some restaurants outside the property as well Parking is not free, they charge £8/day

Great very affordable. The room was clean and everything worked fine.

The room was really comfortable, the service from the reception team is excellent and the room rate is very good value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located near Feltham station. The rooms are decent and mine was quiet. Minor gripe but they have no vending machines and you’re directed to a water fountain in the lobby if you need clean water. This is a requirement because the tap water in the rooms smells like chemicals. The air-con had a single setting, which was excusable but didn’t go unnoticed. All told, not a bad a stay. I would certainly stay there again but there are a few niggles one should bear in mind.

Everything wears great great location

Although room was clean, there was absolutely nothing available like no water, no fridge, parking payable and no receipt given despite it was advertised as free parking. In bathroom only a tiny piece of soap available. The absolute bare minimum. Staff at reception not very welcoming. Wouldn’t use again, wouldn’t recommend.

Nice hotel. No bedbugs no other insects(that is my pet peeve). Well kept room. 3 minute walk to the train station. Grocery store nearby. I paid a very good price via Expedia. The staff was wonderful. On my radar for another stay.

Bar has no atmosphere. Lifts can be a bit of a wait. Good comfortable clean room, I'm sure to be back.
