We stayed here as per of a package at Thorpe Park for one night. I phoned the hotel to enquire about what room we had and spoke to Claire, the receptionist. She was very chatty and couldn’t have been more helpful. I also needed to ask about their gluten free options and told her it my daughters 16th birthday. Claire told me that there was a good gluten free option for breakfast and she offered to decorate our room with balloons and a card at no extra cost! When we arrived, we had been upgraded to a huge family room with partitioning door and there were banners, a card, balloons, a badge and, to make it even more impressive, a gluten free cake! The room was so comfortable and clean, beds were big and soft. All in all, an amazing experience made special by a very dedicated and thoughtful receptionist. Well done, will definitely stay here again.

Close to the Feltham station, the staff was helpful, room was clean

The location is great for getting into Central London, hotel very close to the train station. Because of the Covid the bar was t open due to lack of guests which was a shame. But if you are looking for a base the hotel would be a good choice.

The staff, and management, were very rude and very unhelpful. I will never stay again, and will put people off going to this unprofessional and unpleasant hotel.

I booked it in a hurry and didnt see the pictures, but surprisingly I did a good choice and dont regret it. The room is very cozy and clean. Spent one night between two flights and had a good rest!

Dont get me wrong. I like the St Giles. I've stayed there on many occasions. Its fine This time i had to cancel my trip because of the Covid18 stuff. I couldn't cancel my booking because it was an advance non refundable. That sucks. I didn't want to cancel. My business trip got cancelled. I had to absorb the cost. There was nothing on your website or theirs to tell me i could rebook or refund. Why? You know whats going on right now.

We stayed at this hotel, due to it location being close to Twickenham for the rugby international and then flying out of Heathrow on Sunday after the match. The hotel was ideally suited for both. We received a good welcome on arrival and the room was satisfactory if somewhat basic. We ended up eating evening meal and breakfast in the hotel as the local area does not offer much choice. However, both meals were satisfactory. Overall a convenient hotel which we would return to if necessary.
