St Giles Heathrow Hotel

My normal overnight venue for (fortunately quite frequent) Twickenham visits, and always a pleasure to stay here. This is a 3* hotel, but with 5* friendly service, or at least that is what I (and those guests who travel with me) always receive. Special thanks to Faisi, Tony and George (all in the restaurant and/or bar at various times) who always make me and my guests extremely welcome, and it is for that great personal service that I come back again and again. Also thanks to the various reception staff (special shout out to Costina) who allow a very helpful early check-in for those that have travelled in the small hours to beat the traffic heading into London. Being able to check in properly and dispose of bags and belongings before heading to Twickenham and the "hard/long" day of socialising is a massive convenience compared to having to do so post-match. Thanks, again, for making the stay very comfortable and at superb value for money. We'll be back again soon.

The room was nicely refurbished. Excellent position for transport links. Parking on site. What let’s it down a little is food quality.

Local travel links excellent. Only two lifts working but of a pain

Group of us going to Twickenham stadium. Perfect location, comfort and price

wasn't sure what to make of this hotel given the general area; but the car was safe in the car park. The hotel itself was very nice, great sized room, comfy bed, great bathroom.... more than i'd expect from this star rating.

Every time im in London i stay at St Giles its a very comfortable place and the staff at the front desk are very nice and welcoming. Very easy to travel to london. I recommend

A good hotel, well located for local station. Whilst it looks a bit stark from the outside inside it is warm and staff are very pleasant. The room was clean and tea coffee etc supplied. There is a Lidl opposite for fresh milk etc which I prefer. The restaurant staff could not have been nicer, very friendly without being over bearing. As a single female traveller this is always welcome. Food very nice. WiFi was ok but you can upgrade to ‘premium’. Loads of parking, you do pay extra but that is normal for area. Overall a good ‘base camp’ for schools I had to visit! Will be going back!

The food is surprisingly good. Very good price although the distance from the airport is about 20GBP in a taxi so be aware of that. Perfectly good budget hotel with nice food and friendly staff in the restaurant/ bar area. I would stay there again.
