Hotel Azul Ixtapa All Inclusive Beach Resort Convention Center

Staff was wonderful, resort was clean. Food options, especially for kids was very limited.

The property is very clean, food was good, pools were great! My girls had a great time. The only issue i had was that the hallway near my room smelled like drainage.

Lots of births in the colores restaurants and the all inclusive service is not like the ones you usually visit, they charge you $150 every time you order room service and la terrasa restaurant the steaks are most horrible steaks I have ever try

The food was good! The service was great. The beach wasn’t the greatest

I really love my stay at the Azul Resort. The only thing that I didn’t like was at the time of check in and also at the time of check out. The receptionists was rude and she didn’t made me feel welcome at time of my arrival. I made two reservations under my husband’s name and some how there was a confusion in the reservations. It came out to be that one of the reservations was under my son’s name. And he never did the reservations. I ended up getting another room. The rest of the staff was very friendly and courteous.

All the people that works there were very nice and the food was good. The only bad experience was in the reception, with the receptionist at the time of checking in and also at the time of checking out they were not friendly and they have bad attitude. We didn’t feel welcome at that time.

I like the different restaurants that are and the attention to detail that the personal had was excellent. Services room was perfect, and bar mans were greats with the service.

The location of the entrance was confused, Valet parking was not very well, I was specting the personal take my car to put in a special garage. The bathroom was dirty the first time.
