1 de las toallas fue robada y me cargaron por ella el costo de 500 posos.

Creo que deverian mejorar la entrada al hotel ya que llegamos desde las 10 de la mañana y nisiquiera te dejan estar en el lovi en lo que esperas tu entrada te dejan afuera del hotel si no traes carro o en que esperar te quedas en el sol despues de que ya te dan entrada tu habitación te la entregan asta las 3 de la tarde lo que si esta muy bien es el servicio de los meseros realmente atentos y muy amables la comida muy rica

The rooms were beautiful. The property was very clean. Lots of activities, great for kids. Access so close for Ixtapa Island. The only thing we did not like was the pool deck and the stairs are really slippery, every day we saw someone slip and fall that were just walking. Other than that we would definitely go back.

Long wait to check in. I had booked 1 king size and got a room with 2 beds. My room did not include the WiFi and employees did not provided when I call reception. For dinner, if we wanted to go we had to book 24 hrs in advanced, sucks!! I was there to celebrate my birthday and with all craps they made me had a terrible birthday. Their drinks are terrible they have all the cheap tequilas and beer. For snacks they only got pizza and burgers (terrible). Anyways! First and last time. If you are looking for quality in food, drinks and a good place to stay, definitely this is not the place.

Great place to stay at! This is my second time coming to this place for vacation. Staff is very nice and friendly. Would recommend it to anyone!

I will not recommend this property as there is no free wifi in the rooms you have to pay for it & also for room service you have to pay.... there is no drinks in your room you have to pay for that also....food quality is not good too & also for dinner reservation you have to book in one day in advance

Muy buen Hotel si piensas quedarte todo el tiempo sin salir, ya que está retirado del centro. Todo el personal muy amable, limpio y con con buenas instalaciones. Muy recomendable.

En general estoy muy satisfecha con mi estancia en este hotel, sólo quiero dar mi opinión sobre la comida en el restaurante Colores y es que es malísima, tanto el desayuno como la cena, la comida es mala, sin sabor, sin variedad. El restaurante de especialidad Oyster me encantó y me arrepentí de no haber reservado otra noche ahí... la comida es muy buena, la vista inmejorable, la atención excelente; quedé encantada también con la cafetería, los postres y latte's que sirven buenísimo, la comida en el restaurante de snacks es la mejor que he probado de los varios hoteles en Ixtapa que me he hospedado. La habitación excelente, incluso con el aire acondicionado apagado, jamás se sintió húmeda ni calurosa. El único punto malo es para Colores, fatal de verdad.

It could’ve been cleaner The beach wasn’t the best (a lot of seaweed or debris from the manglar) The staff wasn’t the friendliest (not everyone) The hotel is starting to look run down I saw one of the chefs, picking away from the salad (already served in the buffet) with his bare hands to taste the cheese (maybe this is a chef thing?) but it was gross
