It was close to restaurants

My room had ants. There was a big hole in the carpet right when I entered The elevator floor was filthy. The pool was out. The property is old and not well kept

Nice and clean

Very disappointed in our stay. Hotel was not as clean and nice as it looks in the pictures. Staff was friendly, however we were not happy that they did not notify us that they were in the process of redoing their pool area until we got there. They let us go across the street to the Spring Hill Hotel to use their pool however that one was not very clean either and their hot tub area was under construction as well that had a trap over it with lots of dust everywhere. The water in the pool was ice cold. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for our children to be able to go swimming. If we would have known that they were doing work on their pools we would have stayed somewhere else. The beds very uncomfortable as well. I’ve stayed at super 8 hotels that were more comfortable and nicer than this one.

Property looked run down pool area was absolutely terrible caution tape around the broken ladder hot tub not working and disgusting looking toilet broken in room shower curtain rod broken in room I would not recommend

Friendly staff. Pool and ice machine. 6am breakfast.

Quiet and safe and easy parking

First, my airline was late resulting in missing a rental car. Stayed at a Courtyard near the airport. Next morning when trying to check in the Fairfield at Wolfchase, the desk clerk said we could not check as the rooms were sold out. I asked to check in later and confirm they did not charge me. He advised I was charged. I asked for refund as they sold the room I paid for. He said he was sorry. Yelled to the man’s, Tiffany. She would not help me, then changed the narrative that they were not sold out and would not make a refund. I advised that story was different, and you would not let me check in. She did not care. Then we checked in the first room stunk, no bathroom light. The second room is better, obviously a win condition hotel. I stay quit often at Marriott properties over the last 20 years, I have never experienced such apathy and disregard for a customer. Tiffany is probably the worst person in charge of hotel. Do not stay at a property owned by a kings land hotel chain. Bad
