Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Memphis East Galleria

Basically nothing

front desk clerk very rude I went to take items to my truck came bak up stairs bed stripped my earrings was in bed some one took sheets away

The staff/management was AMAZING, however the property needs a major overhaul. We moved from a much less expensive chain to splurge on our last night in Memphis, we should have just stayed at the previous hotel. Not we expected from a Fairfield at all.

Front desk was very nice for first booking when I ask for receipt upon checking out she refused to give me receipt told me I had to go to site

Front desk on my check out morning very rude I ask could she give me receipt for my stay no very rude wasn't at desk when she finally came up to desk she refused to give me receipt for my stay for 5 nights

The pool is in poor condition… The railing was not secured when going down into the pool. It is broken and moves in different directions, the place where this broken part is sharp and rusty. It is not safe, especially for children

Staff was helpful with our late check in problems. Was able to get us in an accommodating room.

Beds were dirty

Room was ok, bed ok. We had ants in our bathroom and king size bed had queen size top sheet and comforter that did not fit the bed properly. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast, location, and customer services was amazing
