The location was perfect for my needs at Pinehurst Surgical Clinic.

The room smelled awful when I walked in. The TV was located in a illogical way.

"Top 5 worst stays ever "

Our stay was unacceptable and between the hotel and hotels.com are refusing to give me my money back due to the fact that I had no choice but to stay in that hotel room because I’m not going to go and find another room at a different hotel at 3 o’clock in the morning. We moved to three different rooms. Two rooms had cockroaches in it and the third room. The floors were sticky and nasty. I would not advise to stay in this hotel or use hotels.com if you have problems and want a refund.

The hotel smelled like mildew. There were not enough towels and I didn't feel safe walking the hallway.
