The ceiling in the room has a lot of black dirt and grime. It’s unclear if the room was previously vandalized. Could they inspect the ceiling and re-paint it if needed? When lying on the bed, that's what you see above, and there's concern it might fall while you're sleeping. However, the staff are all friendly.

It is closer to my job.

The front desk lady was racist, upon entering the room it was not cleaned properly, there was trash everywhere, the bed looked like someone was sleeping in it, there was change in the bathroom. I’m very disappointed in a hotel that has 3.6 stars.
