Location was perfect for where we wanted to be

Our room wi Dow had a large crack/ was broken. The room door would not lock from the outside when the door was closed which we did not realize until we went to leave in the morning. It did lock with the deadbolt knob from the inside though. The lock mechanism on the outside had a hold where the lock cover should have been. The staff seemed to have no idea about either issue when I brought it up to them, just said they would bring it up to maintenance staff.
