Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Downtown

The property is falling apart. No amenities. No wifi. Elevator is broken. Mold everywhere. Dirty. Horrible location. Homeless everywhere. It’s very dangerous and unsafe.

This hotel does not look like the pictures, do not stay here. There was no one at the desk when we arrived and the phone number provided doesn’t work. The elevator was broken, the hallways and rooms were not clean.

I ended not staying there it was very unsafe, dirty, elevator didn’t work, no phones no WiFi , no breakfast, i cancelled never got my money back

9 minute drive to river walk was the only plus, the evening manager seemed ok as well though friendly staff should be normal, they advertised free breakfast but had none and really the place looked run down from the inside, if you're traveling with family on a budget i recommend spend a few more dollars stay somewhere nicer.

FECES ON THE SHEETS. NO WI-FI. NO SOAP IN BATHROOM. BROKEN ELEVATOR.

Staff was friendly , i felt super inconvenienced. The room was filthy , we had no towels i had to go to Walmart to get towels along with cleaning stuff to clean the room, there was rodents coming out the wall , no elevator 3 flights of stairs with lots of bags , no WiFi , no breakfast due to “new management” i checked out a day earlier because i couldn’t sleep comfortably.

One of the wordt stays ive had at this location. Elevator was out of order had to walk up and down 3 flights 9f stairs all weekend. No onr came to clean the room durong my stay no fresh towels or toilet paper were offered. Heard gun shots one night and fighting the next night.

Unfortunately, the elevator eas offline and my room was on the 3rd floor. There was also no breakfast as advertised on a Saturday morning. Service was great by the gentleman at the desk.

The room that I was "upgraded" to was a closed off room. There was blood and other things on the bed. Mold and dirt on the floor and roaches in the bathroom. The outside and side looked nothing like the pictures. The elevator was broken and the from desk stated someone stole their phone. Other hand the staff was very polit and understanding and communicated with Expedia via email about a re-fund since I didn't stay at all. I was informed by both partied that the re-fund was approved, but I still haven't received that refund.
