Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Downtown

Faced a lot of problems in this facility. Lift was not working. Had issues with heaters. They promised that they have breakfast. But they did not provided. For all these inconveniences they showed, they issued me partial refund. It’s been a month. Never received the refund. Worse experienced ever

The hotel advertised that they provided breakfast, but they have shut that down due to budget constraints by the new management. Their elevator was broken so I had to take the stairs to/from the third floor. The only ice machine at the hotel on the 2nd floor was not working. I was not provided any soap in my room. I had to go down to the front desk to get a bar of soap.

No wifi, no breakfast, tv remote is not working. Front desk says due management is changing things are not working

Wifi was out. Elevators wete down. Breakfast was not available due to "cuts by new manager".

Breakfast was terrible. Nothing other than cereal. Broken clothes dresser. Remote never worked. WiFi didn’t work. Waited three hours to get a staff to check us is. No one at the desk for three hours. We were very patient with staff, but there are limits. not a good place to stay. Unless you like to struggle, go ahead…

AWFUL!!!! Do not stay here. We stayed one night and left the next morning. No wash rags, no breakfast, no hot water, very unsafe neighborhood. The list goes on and on.

I will never ever stay at another Quality Inn until I die. There was no Internet for the 2 days we stayed. The Quality Inn has no aspiration to fix the problem, either. Quality Inn advertises breakfast, and there is no such thing. The worst, horrific part was climbing the stairs for 3 flights with luggage since the elevator was broken the two days we stayed there. The ground hallway smelled like urine and trash. We had to plunge our own toilet so we could use it. I feel different about different about staying in San Antonio. I will travel to Corpus or Galveston where I never have problems with hotels.

This hotel does not look like the pictures. Gentelman working the front was amazing. Please was dirty, rooms were dirty, it smelled so bad and it looked like people were living there too. We asked to see the room prior to checking in and it was horrible, it had mold and hair and it was just dirty, we ended up not checking in, we left. Tried to reach out to Hotels.com and no luck...

Surprisingly terrible. Fantastic staff service, but poor facilities upkeep and dirty room. Elevator was out. Nothing like the pictures they show.

We arrived and right off the bat were met with issues. The elevator was broken and so was computer system. It took like 15 minutes to check in. Once we did, he gave us a 1st floor room due to elevator being broken. Right when we walked into the room a musty smell took over. We had driven 4 hours so we all needed to use the restroom…it was clogged! I went to tell the front desk and he went to go as another room for their plunger and handed it to us for us to fix! We were already unimpressed but that did it for us. San Antonio had several major events going on this weekend plus it was Valentine’s Day so that was going to be a problem getting a new hotel. We called several and were told there was no rooms. We finally got desperate enough that we started driving around and thankfully found another hotel. When we returned to get our belongings and tell the front desk we wouldn’t be staying he apologized but said thank you! The neighborhood seemed rough but we were willing to look past that but the smell and clogged toilet was a big no no for us! Would not recommend ever nor book again!
