"Fabulous hotel in idyllic location "

10.0

This is a MUST go to hotel. It is immaculate, food is plentiful and delicious, catering for every taste and dietary requirement. There are loads of sun loungers, plenty of swimming pools, beautiful grounds and so close to an amazing beach. Couldn't fault it and this was our 2nd visit in 7 months which is recommendation in itself

"Amazing hotel with brilliant staff"

10.0

Amazing choice of food with lovely Xmas gala dinner. Brilliant Xmas entertainment children loved taking part in the mini Xmas show. The local band concert got us in the festive mood. Will definately return and bring more of the family. Spa facilities on a site an added bonus. And the walk up the surrounding hills is not to be missed even if the kids don't join you they were happy in the kids club! The beach is awesome!

"Disappointing for Adults"

6.0

We booked this hotel as we thought the Adults Only Bar would be a big plus for us and were underwhelmed as it was a typical "lobby bar" with no air conditioning in the inside section and really uncomfortable seating outside. It's lovely outdoor area (if they changed the seating) was totally under-utilised as the bar and terrace only opened at 6.30pm. The pool areas were nice but pretty crowded and with exceptionally noisy children everywhere - why parents believe everyone else should put up with their kids firing water pistols at them etc is beyond me. Food was good quality but not particularly varied (we were all-inclusive and stayed 2 weeks) and the all-inclusive drinks were generally OK. Service started off really unfriendly...after a couple of days we still hadn't had a smile from anyone. However after a week or so of seeing us, they lightened up and a few were really good, remembering drinks etc. Our room had a few problems when we arrived...all of which I reported on Day 2 to reception. One light was repaired but went out again after 24 hours, our curtains were partly repaired, not fully and our air conditioning would still not deliver a temperature below 22.5C even though it was left on (and ran on high) 24 hours per day. Not great but we gave up after 2 attempts to get it fixed. As otherwise our room was in a great position with a lovely sea view and balcony, we decided not to change it. The other issue is that the 2 main lifts can't cope when the hotel is busy.

"Well presented hotel with excellent food but..."

6.0

Be aware of booking through Expedia for this hotel. The family room as described by Expedia (and that you pay much more for than a standard room) is in fact a standard room and not the family room as described on the hotel's website. Confused, I was too?! I had checked that this was a family room before booking with Expedia. It spoilt the first day of holiday as had to keep explaining that I had booked a family room, paid the extra cost to Expedia and not my fault that Expedia had booked me a standard room which slept 4 but with 2 on a sofa bed. Also, spent an hour on the phone with Expedia. The family room which I was moved to after one night was good. Lots of room, large bed, bathroom was a little dated but clean. The manager at the hotel was very reasonable and did her best to accommodate my booking even though it wasn't what they were expecting. Unfortunately, she wasn't on shift until early evening and we arrived at lunch. A big thanks to her for being so polite, explaining the problem and resolving. hotel well presented and very clean, food is excellent. Lots of variety with chefs cooking different dishes every evening. Breakfast also very good again cooking different dishes in the morning. Salt water pool not ideal. Adult only areas and level guest only areas spoilt stay. Felt like 2nd class passenger. Not allowed to enjoy all of hotel facilities even though paid a lot to stay at hotel. Fun bar not great for older kids and too loud later. No where else to go with kid

"Great Hotel, Clean, Friendly good food, great area"

10.0

Our stay was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Constantly cleaning and willing to help. Food was excellent and there were different themes going on each day. The entertainment was quirky but fun to watch and it was different every day. if you didnt want to hang out with familys and children you could escape to the Adult only area. Not sure why when you are on all inclusive you still had to sign for drinks but we had no additional charges. The pools were great, the beach was right outside. The kite surfing was wild and great to watch as was the wind surfing. All in all an excellent hotel and hliday destination. Looking forward to going back.

"Amazing location, restaurant queues, mediocre food"

8.0

The location of this place is amazing. The food is not that great and you have to go through queues to get coffee, bread, fried eggs or anything you want. The people in reception were friendly in general, although we didn’t appreciate that to get “better food” and “no queues” they advised us to upgrade to “the level” which costs 64 euros per day, on top of what you already paid. The pools are great and so are the gardens in front of that amazing beach. The views are fantastic and the location is the best this hotel can offer you.

"Large modern hotel overlooking large beach"

8.0

A very modern reception with lovely adults only bar. Three swimming pools - two dedicated for children. We stayed in one of the beach houses and had a large room with comfortable twin beds and a small sitting area with kitchenette. We had a good size balcony overlooking the lagoon. The bathroom was very spacious and there was excellent wardrobe space.
