我们五年前就在这住过，那时候入住体验非常好，所以这次又选了这家酒店，但这次的入住体验跟五年前相比，完全就是颠覆性的！1.给前台打电话几乎没人接；2.多收了我230欧，booking 和酒店互相推卸，谁也不负责；3.网上显示5间空房，但酒店就说所有房间都没打扫完，要下午4点才能入住；早餐因为我们换了张桌子，服务员给我们白眼；4.下午茶点了碗汤，没有主动给我们配面包，用葡萄牙语问他们“这个汤不配面包吗”，那个女服务员说“可以配”！但这明明就是一套的
