Clean spacious room. Helpful and friendly staff. Well equipped gym and good size pool area

My daughter and I had a very enjoyable stay, mostly due to the excellent staff. The gym was well equipped, the pool needs to be refurbished and the grounds were sweet and charming.

Nothing was too much for them they went above and beyond!! Tiny winy niggle they need to improve their internet in some parts but this really does not take away from a hotel we will definatley visit again

The house and rooms are very nice however I think the heating, Wi-fi and the number of sockets in the room need to be improved

This boutique hotel is charming. It is set in acres of beautiful countryside. The cuisine is delicious and beautifully presented. We were made to feel really welcome. We will certainly be making more visits.

Awesome property- can admire the old building but rooms need to be updated and the elevator-bathroom tile looks like the grouting of the tile had never been cleaned or dusted. Actual room felt dingy and dirty. Mentioned it to one of the staff and he was quite indignant and said it’s an old building. Sorry no excuse.

Only a brief stay with my daughter after spending the day at Ragdale Hall. We arrived late and so didn’t experience dinner but had a lovely breakfast . It was nice to have freshly cooked to order table service. Bedroom Not overtly spacious but adequate But very warm even with the window open( July) although a fan is provided i had to turn it off as it wa sleeping me awake . The hotel is a beautiful building and very traditional with huge galleried landing . It was very quiet and surrounded by beautiful countryside . May lack some Atmosphere for some people but not sure what it’s like at the weekend

Awful staff. Would not return. 45 minutes for a bottle of water to arrive after having to chase twice. Rude staff and horrific services levels!!

A beautiful hotel set in amazing grounds. We had wonderful weather so managed to make use of the terrace in the afternoons. Food was always very good although service a little slow. Customer care was second to none, the team were extremely pleasant and looked after us very well. I had a wonderful massage too, highly recommend visiting the leisure area to see the old stables.
